Do I need experience with students?

No. Risers prepares the student and gives you a light structure for the conversation — you just talk about your work.

Can I host without a workplace to show?

Yes. A conversation on a video call is one of the most requested formats. Nothing has to happen on site.

Who is responsible for the student?

Their school and Risers. We handle consent, supervision expectations and any paperwork an on-site visit needs.

What if I need to reschedule?

Reply to the coordinator's email. Rearranging is normal and it never falls to the student to chase you.
