Are you a high school student with a passion for the water? Shore Road Marina is looking for responsible and friendly launch operators to join our team for the season! This is a fantastic opportunity for a young person to gain valuable experience, work in a beautiful waterfront environment, and be a key part of our marina community. What You'll Do: Be the Captain: You'll be in charge of safely transporting our members and their guests to and from their boats in our mooring field. Customer Service Star: You'll greet everyone with a friendly smile, answer questions, and help create a great experience for our boaters. Team Player: You'll work closely with the rest of the marina staff to ensure a smooth operation, assisting with dockside duties and general marina maintenance as needed. Safety First: Your number one priority is the safety of our passengers and our vessel. You'll ensure all safety procedures are followed and respond calmly and effectively to any situation.
