A unique spin-off of the popular Toast Coffee + Kitchen, The Study is designed to feel like a blend between a vintage general store and a cozy Victorian home library. Located in East Setauket near Stony Brook University, it serves as the brand's central test kitchen and its first on-site coffee roastery. The space is filled with books, a working Steinway piano, and conversation-starting décor, offering a counter-service model where guests are encouraged to linger, study, and enjoy scratch-made pastries, English muffins, and artisan roasts.
