Fix a mistake and understand when verification is needed again.
Keep your records accurate. Changing details that were submitted for verification can invalidate the earlier verification.
What to do
- Find the record in your profile or volunteer history and open its edit control.
- Correct the details and read any notice about the effect on verification.
- Save your changes and review the record again.
- If verification was reset, send a new verification request for the corrected experience.
