Help students join through a school invitation
Use the intended email address and resolve a missing or expired invitation.
A school invitation connects a student to the intended school program. Use the link and email address specified in the invitation.
What to do
- Ask the student to open the invitation sent by the school or Risers team.
- If the student already has an account, sign in with the matching email. Otherwise follow the invitation's account setup steps.
- Complete the requested profile and onboarding information.
- If an invitation is missing, expired, or addressed to the wrong email, ask the person managing the school launch to check or resend it.
