The Winters Center for Autism is a non-profit dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for adults with autism through job creation, training, and placement. Located on a state-of-the-art 14,000-square-foot campus, they bridge the gap between education and employment by simulating real-world work environments—like a cafe, grocery store, and office—to help neurodivergent individuals gain the skills needed to thrive in the workforce.
