Key Responsibilities: Peer Support: Work alongside participants in the Teaching Café (Brigid’s Café) or the Grocery Store to help them practice customer service skills and inventory management. Event Support: Assist with community events (like the Joe Winters Classic or Gala prep) to promote the Center's mission of neurodiversity in the workforce. Social Engagement: Participate in fitness classes, art sessions, or music lessons to provide a "peer-buddy" environment that fosters social confidence for adults with autism. Administrative Aid: Assist the clerical training office with mail sorting, filing, and shredding projects alongside program participants.
